You need to provide power to the driver using a power supply such as a DC wall adapter or battery.
The voltage rating of the power supply needs to be a few volts higher than the total forward voltage (Vf) of all the series connected LEDs that you are powering. You will find more details in this article.
The current rating of the power supply must be equal to or higher than the maximum current rating of the driver that you are using.
